We work for free.

Typically, the real estate agent working for you earns a commission of 2-3% of the sales price, paid by the seller. Instead of keeping that money, we want to give it to a deserving first-time homebuyer like you -- up to $15,000 as a credit towards your closing costs.

But that’s not all!

The company providing the loan usually earns 1-2% of the loan amount as profit. We want to give that away, too. You can either receive additional credits towards closing costs or below-market financing.
